Do you want to work as a mechanical assembler where you actually build something from scratch and where quality comes before stress?

We are now looking for a meticulous and self-driven assembler for a stable industrial company in northern Stockholm that manufactures world-class industrial ovens. This is a job for you who enjoy responsibility, craftsmanship, and clear workdays, not assembly line work.

  • Full-time, daytime (Mon–Fri)

  • Fixed workplace, no travel

  • Immediate start

What you get

  • A stable job with a growing industrial company

  • Work where you assemble from the ground up and see the results

  • Own responsibility in assembly, not just parts

  • Daytime, weekdays, long-term work

  • Good salary, collective agreement, pension & wellness allowance

  • Personal contact via WeStaff Sweden, not anonymous staffing

Job Responsibilities

You will work with mechanical assembly in the workshop and build complete industrial ovens. Examples of tasks:

  • Assembly of frames, doors, trolley systems, and insulation

  • Installation of mechanical components: motors, fans, drive systems

  • Assembly of simpler electrical components and sensors according to drawings

  • Work based on assembly instructions, drawings, and quality requirements

  • Functional checks, adjustments, and troubleshooting

  • Collaboration with colleagues in assembly, electrical, and quality

You follow the entire process, not just a small part.

Who fits the role?

You are a practical person who takes responsibility for your work and enjoys when things are done right from the start. We believe you have:

  • Experience in mechanical assembly in industry/workshop

  • Good experience in reading drawings and working with small tolerances

  • Technical understanding and interest in how things work

  • Ability to work independently but also in a team

  • Driver's license and access to a car

  • Swedish spoken and written

Experience in troubleshooting, adjustments, or technical systems is highly meritorious, but the most important qualities are accuracy and professional pride.

Good to know

This job is not for you if:

  • You want to change assignments often

  • You prefer speed over precision

  • You do not enjoy responsibility

This is perfect for you who want a secure job and build something you can be proud of.

Practical Information

  • Location: Northern Stockholm (Upplands Väsby)

  • Scope: Full-time, daytime

  • Start: Immediately or by agreement

  • Conditions: Collective agreement, pension, wellness, good salary
